Shipping Policy
Orders will be processed in 2-3 business days and will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders can be cancelled prior to shipping at no cost, however any cancelled orders after items have shipped are subject to a 15% restocking fee (please see Return Policy below). Cancelled custom orders are subject to a 15% cancellation fee once we have confirmed receipt of your design and began the proof/mock up process, even if the product has not been shipped yet.
Returns/Refunds Policy
Returns will be accepted on unused, in new condition items, within 30 days of when your item was received. You will be responsible for the shipping costs on any returned items and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To start a return, please contact us at support@state31cornhole.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. If your refund is approved, a credit will be processed back to your original form of payment.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom orders, sale items or gift cards.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item. Give us a chance to make it right!
Warranty Information
State 31 Cornhole bags are professional quality tournament style cornhole bags. Our bags should be played on tournament quality boards without sharp edges or corners. Playing on lower quality boards and/or on concrete can damage the bags, potentially causing snags or punctures.
State 31 Cornhole upholds the highest standard of quality and workmanship. Refunds or replacements will not be accepted due to surface snags on bags or any other user error which may cause defects. If there is a defect in the manufacturing process, we will replace the affected bag up to 30 days from the original receipt date and to the original purchaser only.
